New in town

Hi there
I've just arrived in Singapore. Beautiful city but its a bit scary as I don't know anyone at the moment!
Anyway, I'm from South Africa and I'm really excited about the move. If anyone has any tips, dos' & don'ts please let me know.

Hi, from a fellow SA. There is a group called The Protea Group and we meet for coffee, braai etc.
Do a google search and you will find them. They all a very friendly bunch and look after each other.There is a braai on Sunday but you must be a member. So you can still join and come.........she says.
