OK I am new to the city and need some chill out buddies.. Based on my limited exposure so far the crowd is pretty typical and less exciting compared to Shanghai and I am fcuking BORED!!!

well... it takes time to gather a click here..
not many use email/ pm effectively to get to know personalities that click.. and waste time in the open and turn up disasppointed.
none have time and try wonders within limited frame of time..
so one needs to put that extra effort to pull out people out of their shell.
