St Josephs Catholic Church has a choir of sorts so could always try there.

Best bet is to go to your local church (if your a religous person) and ask your priest, reverand, iman, etc. If not maybe try your local Community Centre.

Have you found a teacher yet? I'm looking for a classical singing teacher for private lessons.

Hi,
Well I'm going to the Heart of Music next week on a trial.
They do group and private lessons...
Not sure what it's worth.

I'm singing in the Singpare Symphony Chorus with Lim Yau as conductor. SSC brings the well known big classical pieces. This week we've done A German Requiem in the Esplanade. You need to audition with Lim Yau just before a rehearsal on Monday. Best to check the SSC website for details http://www.symphonychorus.sg/. Good luck!
