Where can i find recent Business for Sale listings in Sing??

Hi all,
Any entrepreneurs can tell me where i can find recent listings for SMEs and other businesses for sale. Looking to take over/invest in established business.
Any links would be greatly appreciated. Most of what I found online are either spam or fake or outdated!

Once a year got organise business for venture on foods....
But need big capital...

Modern business concept
Buying over a good existing company have some benefit:
1st. An existing reputation - A new company might takes reasonable time to build their reputation, and buying an existing company might cut down on the time.
2nd. Access to their client-datebase
3rd. Time in effort
4th. Buy over existing company, restructure it, sell its divisions or merge with another to form a stronger business with wider client-datebase and minimum the manpower.

You confirmed what we all suspected anyway. You are soliciting in the forum which is against forum policy. Advertise in the Classified section of this site. It's free and it's not in violation of board policy. Another post in the same vein will result in a locked account.

I think classified ads have the list. You can google search, I am sure there are companies or individuals doing brokering for businesses.
