We will be relocating to Singapore later this year from Australia and have a 15 year old cat that we want to bring with us. I am wondering if most
condos allow pets or having one makes it much harder to find a place to live.

It is allow but it really depends on the landlord.

There are still quite a few vacancies in Singapore, with a troublesome economy. I would bet that landlords would be much more willing to accept pets than they otherwise might have been.
FYI--The Singapore animal quarantine facility up in Sembawang is really very nice. Call ahead of time to secure a spot with a window. Our now 11-year old cat handled quarantine well.

Practically all
condominiums allow cats. The number who don't can probably be counted on one hand.

Hi,
No problem to have pets at
condo as long not more than 2 and noisy. No quarantine needed for pets from Australia.
Cheers,
Linda

Oops--my mistake. I thought all inbound animals needed to be quarantined. Sorry for creating confusion.
