CUSTOMER RIGHTS in STORAGE CO Bankruptcy

say i put my things in storage here while outa sing for a while....
In the event that the storage co: files for bankcruptcy & I have been regular in paying all my dues under ctrct, then does the court liquidator have title to my goods in your storage & thus can dispose of as he likes?
1 Co. says custy loses all rights, another says that custy retains title to goods thru bankcruptcy, & will explicitly spell this out in the contract.
however, there may some provision in SG bankcruptcy law that voids all prior contracts & normal custy rights - which is why 1 Co. says custy loses all rights
given the the current business climate & the leverage in asian RE ! like to look at alL the risks.
sorry for asking for free legal advice! but even an opinion or experience wud be welcome.
cheers
