last year i undergo an operation on my right knee.
it has been one year but the scar is still very obvious.
it is big and black.
i was wondering what can be done to remove or lighten the scar.
please tell me how!
daily life what can be done? or what kind of cream is the best?

I used to have a very bad bike burnt from my previous accident.
I got those PURE vitamin E lotion and applied it for many months. It didnt completely disappear but it lightened alot.


The other way, is either skin grafting or by laser ?
