Singapore Expats

I have just moved here with my three year old and breast fed five month old daughters. While everything seems normal with the toddler I am concerned by the very few wet nappies I am getting from the baby. She seems happy enough and is feeding well and her fontanelle does not seem to be too depressed. Is this something anyone else experienced when they first arrived and if so, what did you do?
