hey jeff2861...i'm going. Will be travelling down from msia to sg. Couple of months ago, they have an interview in msia. too bad they didn't open up for guys. I hope this time they do. Have you been to their interview before?

My gf currently is wif Qatar airways..so she told me abt that...

most prob i will be going...can join her there....

cos i heard that training will be seperate from the gals..cos as u know their country..very conservative one...they haf to recruit a group of guys le...den they will start the training...

i went to their website to take a look and they only state they will have recruitment in singapore as for the details i think only shortlisted one they will let u know. So u mean ur gf told u abt the walk-in date and place?

jeff2861, my gf is there as well. Having her training now though. I hope I can join her as well. Been waiting for them to come by somewhere near to msia.

my gf told me so far she only saw 1 batch of guys. I heard from my guy friend who is a cc with QR, that there are too many guys. So, I guess the quota for guys is filled. I think even if they open up for guys, mostly they will put the guys on hold, wait till there is a place for them. As you can see, the interview in Morroco is just for female. They can't put "female only" for the Singapore interview. That would be consider a descrimination.

The worst things would get is that they accept guys' CV...but they will not call you up for the next round.

dannyooi_84, mayb as u said..too much guys..but i tink they now totally short of crew..alot of crew resign or disappear....

let hope for the positive bah that they will accept guys...since nv put for female onli, still have the little chance to go in...

why they only recruit 20 and above? will they make an exception cause i'm only 19. their website mentioned that the pay would be US1500+ inclusive of flying pay, does that mean its a standard pay for everyone?

cos that time when my gf went for the interview rite..she 19 but turning to 20..they will accept her..

according to my gal, the starting pay is like 3780 riyals per mth..this the basic..den hourly is like 39 riyals...

but in total also depend how much u fly n where u fly to...

but when u get there, they will gif each person 2500 riyals as joining bonus...
