Singapore Expats

Could you please give me any feedback on Pat´s Schoolhouse at Upper Serangoon, Kovan area? I´d like to enroll my child at the school.
There are also two church kindergartens at Kovan area - St. Paul´s Church Kindergarten and Catholic Kindergarten. Why are the fees at these two kindergartens considerably lower than at other pre-schools/ kndergartens? I´d appreciate any comments on them. Do teachers speak proper English there?

I visited Pat's Schoolhouse at Holland road area. Facilities were ok, teachers I met spoke ok English (they were local people). School is bi-lingual.

Only reason I didn't choose this school was that my daughter should have waited one year to get in.

Pat's schoolhouse has a very good reputation and is considered as a one of the best local pre-schools in Singapore
