Hi everyone,

Tessa is not in town this Friday so I'm going to be the seat warmer again for this Friday ; )

For those new in town, the nearest MRT station is City Hall.

I've reserved a table, as close to the elevator as possible. When you're there, just ask for Vivien.

Frequestly Ask Questions:

1) How does one join? Just turn up! We won't bite ; ) Promise.

2) What sort of people are there? Expats and Singaporeans. Good mix of people from early twenties to forties.

3) How do I recognise you? You'll probably have to wait for a few more years before I get so famous that you can recognise me on the street. Meanwhile, you can always ask the waitress/waiter for Vivien.

thanks for arranging the venue and coordinating the activity, just one thing, for the sake of the smokers, would you think it will be possible to move the reservation table to the long table facing the raffles hotel?

Hi Vivien - thanks for organising again this week. I've been diagnosed with a cross between SARS and Bird Flu so won't be coming out this week. have a great time.

Between SARS and Bird Flu??? Sound dangerous dude..Did u get that bcaz u dive 2 MUCH??? (hint hint..)

well, jeez - i'm touched (don't go there!) i sense the following possibilities;

1. you're hoping to catch it off me because you're all so sick of work that bird flu is a minor inconvenience in order to get a few days off

2. you believe i'm so close to the edge that coming out tonight might just push me over it and you'll finally be rid of me

3. you truly believe that pure alcohol is the best medication and you have my best interests at heart

i'm pretty sure you-who-know-me know full well that i'm self-medicating here at home, so it can't be 3. if it's 2 then i suppose i should show up just so that i can infect you all for being so nasty, which then covers 1. hmm, such a dilemma. tonight will tell.

In btwn my recent hectic travels, I succumbed to Stomach Flu & bad bout of food poisoning

Dun think I cud handle another onslaught of nasty bugs - but Craig, do rest well & hope yr 'self remedy' helps
