Japanese Restaurant for Bday, any recommendations?

Hi All,
Does anyone can recommend a good Japanese restaurant with private room, prefer the original tatami style, for my bf’s birthday? Not the Japanese fast food chain restaurant, like Ichiban Sushi. Prefer a place with nice ambience and good service. We would like to try sashimi, sake, etc…Budget around S$120 for 2 people. Thanks in advance!
