Moving to Singapore just before New Years

I'm moving to Singapore from New York on 30th December. Where's a cool place to hang out for New Year's Eve? What are you guys and gals up to?
I'm 27/m/British, and completely new to the city.

The countdown party is at the Marina Bay.There is a MRT serving to the bay.

hello.
if u love parties, countdown party at siloso beach(sentosa) is
hot&exciting every year. it's not just a countdown, but a club party.
tickets($65 i think, but not sure) include drink&light meal.
my friends and i went there, had crazy night. it was so exciting!
but be careful about pickers or anything.
