jensen - its not about low rates here. Its about being well qualified to tutor and matching the child's level with the right pedagogical skills & motivation not just didactic approach.
Hawking cheap rates here is quite insulting. Thats the worse thing to say about a tutor's approach. Not even sure its the right thing to do in this forum - better check w the moderator.
