Seeking apartment rental for 1 month

Hi everyone
I'm looking for a 1 BR apartment to rent for my parents for a period of 1 month during May/June of this year. We're having a baby and they are planning to come over for a month to help out. They're Australian, middle aged and would definitely take very good care of the apartment. Alternatively we could consider a house swap, they live 20 mins from Mebourne city (Victoria, Australia).
