Singapore Expats

Hi all!
Does anybody has experience to move their pets from Singapore to EU countries? What vet to chose to do paperwork? What kind of vaccination is accepted in EU? If my pet already has a sort of passport, do I have to make another one according to European standards?

I'd think you could find this info from the Embassy of the destination country. Check online first. I found the airline to have good info too.
