You've got that right. Especially the fact that you will need a really small place so you don't need a maid.

Oh, my fav moderator

It may be bigger place, the point is in cost, not maids, I can handle everything in the house and work at the same time. Dunno , maybe we see things differently, but for Europeans we dun need any maids to take care of our houses, we do everything alone. I dun mind you guys do it, but for me it's just kinda unnecessary. I think this is the clue of whole case. Maybe you love maids, or ya even maid by yasef, how can I know. I really dun have nothing against maids. This last post was about one person in fact, and maybe i jus wanted say it out somewhere to feel better haa. Just dun feel offended, really. I feel disaproove from ya side and I feel sorry. We're different in culture, I usually say everything out. Tat's me, but does it mean i am bad person? Think of tis k?
Really didn't mean hurt anybody here.
I love Asians, especially ONE he...

People should be more open and not get angry so easily....wish u this dear moderator,... stay happy

Nah, English is too bad to be a troll. But will give 'em credit. With that level of English(I deliberately use the term loosely here) they will fit into local society just perfectly.
I'd like to have a buck for every "european" who has come here and said the same thing....... AND ended up with a maid.
V, you don't think it's your dutchie nemesis with a head injury do you?

I think the engrish is a put on. Someone with that level of language skills would not be blithely deciding between renting or buying a flat, it's absurd.

Writes like a local, profile says student. However all posts are coming from Polish IP addresses so who to say? As a student, the knowledge about buying and selling here might be non-existent. I'm wondering if it's a local going to school in Poland? Or a student who spent a number of years here in Singapore maybe as a dependent on a parents posting here, especially with the vehemence against maids. If not here, and Europeans don't have them, where did the anecdotal evidence come from? Almost reads like it. Especially when considering that if Polish, it's doubtful that they would be using local texting shortcuts and the same grammatical errors like 'advices' which is a typical singlish grammar error.

Suggestions that you two put forward are implausible...
I am not going to bring down myself to your level. I just hope not all of the Singaporeans are so rude as you are. Can easily remark on every single word which people add at this forum page, so far to loose the main thread.
Only inferiority complex force people to behave this way. Dun undermine my english skills by few sentences. I assume this topic as closed FOREVER

After your initial tirade about maids, you don't have to worry about coming 'down' to our level. You'll need a ladder just to get up to the street kerbing. Lech Wałęsa you're not.

Continue about it...it's so boring,,,just drilling non stop. Like a pierce to my eyes. If i'd known MY OWN VIEW IN FREE UNCENSORED COUNTRY will bring up so much tense, and become such a sensational event I'd never come up with this.
Find some other victim to put all blame on.
Dun try to boast of ya knowledge about polish history and Walesa and especially ME.
Do I have to repeat THOUSAND times that my view was private, supported BY OWN EXPERIENCE. How many times do I have to repeat this to get your "forgiveness". If you lead this forum, let people to say whatever they want to say, not what you like or dislike to hear.
Are you gonna chase me, wherever I appear and start MAIDS topic. This is NONSENSE, the biggest i've ever seen.
~Nothing more to say...

For most of us on this board, it was a current event, not history...... most here aren't students.
