Business networking in Singapore

Dear All,
I believe many of you who are intending to start a business in Singapore face the challenging (sometimes daunting) task of obtaining useful contacts.
One of the things that I find most important about doing well in business or career is quality networking, and unfortunately, opportunities to do so are not very forthcoming here.
It is against this backdrop that I suggest keen individuals here that we initiate a meet-up of sorts. The group could then grow to include more people from more trades, and I firmly believe it could benefit everyone over the long term.
Anyone who is keen here can send me an email at [email protected].
I'll be the organiser this round and we'll see how it goes from here?
All we need are probably 5-6 people to initiate something =)
