Hi!

My daughter is going to celebrate her 1st birthday and her theme would be Flowers & Butterflies. I want to create a centerpiece using silk flowers & butterflies / lady bugs on a ceramic pot or a decorative tin. If I were back in the States I could easily get these materials from Michaels. Do any of you know where i could go to buy such materials at reasonable prices? Thank you for any info you can impart!

You can also try Spotlight located at Plaza Singapura, not sure which floor though. Just check it up on the store directory.

There is a great party supplies shop at Great World City, third floor. Ready made stuff, not crafts.

I can second the suggestion for Art Friend at Ngee Ann City. Huge art and craft store. It's located just above Kinokuniya. I think it has a better selection than Spotlight, but that is also good.

Try Artist Friend and another one opposite in Takashimaya. It is on level 3 or 4 (above Kunikinuya (terrible spelling!)
