I am looking for a friendly yoga studio on the East Coast for a beginner. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks - preferably near Marine Parade Road / Siglap.
Cheers,

Hi Taipan,
I'm also looking for a place that offers yoga or hot yoga in the East Coast. Message me and let me know if you have found any good places or need a work out buddy.

I used to attend yoga courses in South Siglap CC. There's 3 different instructors there.
I perfer the classes being taught by Jennifer Lee.
The other instructor who is good & popular is Rose (I think) but she'll work you like crazy!!! Too strenuous for me!

Can I check is it safe and healthy to practice different type of yoga in a week?
I am doing Hatha Yoga on weekday at my workplace. Thinking of doing other yoga at the CCs over the weekend?
