If you're a fan of Italian, the favorites are the following ranging from mid-range pricing to high. Enjoy!
Sole Pomodoro
Cugini
Gattopardo
Garibaldi
Oso

My favourite places for pasta are:
Pietrasantra
Garibaldi
Valentino's
Oso and
Al Borgo- this one has regional pasta dishes, cosy and warm
Al forno is not bad too.. we are so spoilt for choice in Singapore- food paradise!

Besides the few mentioned above, I also enjoy the pasta they serve at Incontro at Robertson Quay. Decent prices, excellent service (they remember what we like!) and no service charge.
