Hi there

i go to novena velocity california fitness for gym sessions. but i usually feel less motivated to go because i don't have a partner.
if anyone here signed up with this gym as well and needs a partner too, pleaseeee join me?

i guess, with motivation it works better. ya?
hope to hear from people soon!

There are 3 major gym chains here: California Fitness (CF), True Fitness (TF) and Fitness First (FF). There are also a LOT of women only gyms. All of these gyms will have a wide range of classes including spinning, body pumb and 'kick boxing' or 'body combat'.
CF and TF have pretty competitive - and similar rates, working out at around $65 per month for a 2 year membership. FF is a lot more expensive (they would call it 'exclusive') wiith rates of around $130 a month. Because there are always 'promotions' on, it's hard to give a precise figure. If you google any of them you should be able to find more info.

Hi stealth13,
are you a personal trainer or just training yourself? What area are you in? We're in the City Hall area. What times do you train? We could exchange some pointers?
