Try multiple agencies.

One good tip is to talk with a friends maid and ask them if their agency is OK and if she is happy with them or if not which one would she recommend. The maids talk and know who are good and look after them and who is not.

Maids who have been inSingapore for aome time are also a good idea (especially if they have left their employer because the employer has left the country and not if they are return to sender).

Last tip treat the maid like a memeber of the family with respect and boundaries. Give some freedom and recieve loyality.

If you remember they are people just like yourself and give respect there is nothing to wory about. Everything will be fine.

Just a thought! Better to find those who are not experience at all. They are new comer to overseas field of work. First comer to singapore. Those maid are easy to train and teach.

They are prone to be loyal to us (if we treat them nicely and humanly)

But, yes we need to be extra diligent to teach them and a bit tired. But it's only happen for couple of months. After that, those maid will be more decent and helpful rather than experienced one.

I've been thru this a lot.

I actually like the first picture. A tribute to Vargas, who I love.

I think the bottom picture looks like Norman Bates's 'mother' from Psycho. Is it possible you've mixed metaphors?

The first one was like one of our previous maids, I thought she was OK walking around the house in hot pants.

Wife made sure she didn't stay for long,

Second one was like the another of our maids who got arrested and sent to nut house.

The bottom one looks like our current one . . . a very lovely lady but at sif foot in height rather imposing.

I recently found the original, uncut version of Psycho . . . good thing he changed it as the impact is a bit different.

The bottom one looks like our current one . . . a very lovely lady but at almost six foot in height rather imposing. My wife likes her, she stays.
