Suitcase?
Need to give a bit more clues, are you talking huge sums of under counter cash?
Do you have a bank account? does the people on the other end have the same bank account? etc.
Is speed the priority or cost?
Is exchange rate a concern ?
What currency ?
Does it need to be in a lump sum on can be transfered in smaller lumps?

HSBC Premier offer fee free transfers as long as you qualify.
For a $1000 as QRM suggests, a suitcase. Given you both use the same bank, have you thought of a cheque, a TT, or just an internet transfer?

What is the qualification?
What about TT and internet transfer?
Which method has lower charges?
