After going through the threads concerning haircuts in Singapore I'm really scared to make an appointment with a hairdresser...

What is the latest news? Can somebody recommend me a hairdresser who does blond, short and thin Scandinavian hair really well? And to make it even more difficult: I don't have a fortune to spend with it...
