Singapore Expats

Does anyone know where I can get a plastic foil, which I can stick on the bathroom window, that noone can see in? We have a blinds, but not what I am looking for. Foil shoul let some light in.

Another thing, we have sliding glass kitchen door. Not always easy to recognize whether they are close or open.
Where can I get nice stickers - flowers,... that we can easily recognize the door and not to break our nose
