Hi all,

I am tired of going to the same hawker centres and the like. Anyone know any interesting food theme, decor theme, concept theme restaurants they'd like to share?

Beloved and I like the Paulaner Brauhaus as somewhere to have a quiet western lunch when we're in Singapore on holiday!

Really good burgers and decent beer at lunchtime. Probably a very lively bar in the evenings.

Sorry to kind of hijack your post... but some time back I read in newsweek about a chinese medicine type restaurant on sentosa where they serve it in a fancy fashion (ie diffferent from that other herbal restaurant behind raffles hotel), does anyone know if it still exists? or has been there and can comment?

Definitely recommended.

Oooh yes the Ember! Went there for after dinner drinks last year but really want to try the restaurant - looks fab!
