Aloha folks,

Can you lease cars in Singapore? I do not mean from hertz or avis. In the US you can buy cash, finance or lease.

Leasing is basically long term rental from the dealership (usually 1 or 3 years). You are tied to a set amount of mileage a year and 'own' the car as in responsible for any accidents etc. But after the said period, you have the option to buy, re-lease or return the car. If you are under the mileage then w/o any additional fee.

Is there anything like that in Singapore?

Thanks
T
