mobile phone reception

My husband has a new SingTel hand phone and it gets terrible reception in our apartment (30th floor). Is there a booster I can purchase to help with this problem? Thanks
nope. but if you kicked enough fuss, singtel might just let you out of the contract without penalties after snooping around.
then you can go to another provider.
