Dogs held overnight in the airport before lockup

The only flight available to our pet mover is the flight arriving at 115am in the morning from LAX, this means that the Quarantine place is not open.

Has anyone got any ideas about the condition of the holding area the dogs are put into before movement to Quarantine? I have 2 Pembroke Welsh Corgis, I am sure they will be fine after the flight, just not real sure what another 7-8 hours of heat and humidity will do to them. Do you think it might work well to have there hair trimmed down or bellies shaved to help keep the heat down?

The quarantine people have a small kennel facility at the airport. The dogs will be taken from the cargo area to the quarantine reception building.

Its not bad. Its airconditioned. I'm not sure about where they keep the dogs but I saw where they keep the cats as I collected my cat from the cargo area and took him there myself. They were quite nice to the animals and although it wasn't quite as spacious as the quarantine centre kennel, I thought it was OK for a night.
