Russian language exchange and looking for friends

My name is Hanson from South Korea. Ive been studying Russian language for few years in university (intermediate, not fluent though) and looking for someone who can do russian language exchange or who can study russian together. Ive visited bookstores in Singapore and guessed there are not many people studying russian. Is anyone knows where to learn russian language or bookstore which has russian books??
