good advice on choosing my daughter's school

Hi!I really need some good advices in choosing my daughter's school.
As my daughter cannot speak a word of English.
I want her to go to a school where
A. She can learn English without singlish accent
B. Friendly
She is a shy five yr old girl.
I don't much care for academic record to be honest, the most important thing is for her to feel safe and happy.
