I need to get a check up done ASAP.New to Sg n totally confused n dnt know wht I should do. Have been trying to conceive V V V V recently.Missed my period(never happened in my life ever!!) nw 6th day.Home pregnancy kit- done twice both times NEGATIVE. Feeling alot of cramping n bloating.Husband away on business trip. All alone!

-Thgth I'll recheck with Home preg test after 48hrs??

-Where should I go?Am staying in the East..Should I jst go to some polyclinic first..or should I directly go to a specialist.

-Have NO insurance n thats ok. Want to go to a private hospital.

-Please suggest wht I should do? Any good OBG's in private hospitals?

Have loads of q's...if i do turn out to be preggie but I need to take the first step.

-Please tell me what the doc would do on the First check up so that I am prepared n comfortable.

Not sure where you can go in the east but the first thing they'll do is test to see if you are pregnant. Then it's basically going through when your last cycle was and that's it.. wait until you are further along for another check up. Some may do an u/s but more and more docs are leaning away from having one at every appt, which is smart.
