Singapore Expats

I saw a post recently, where someone mentioned that there are companied in Singapore which teach trading, and also pay a basic salary to the trainee.

I am not able to locate the post anymore, else would not create a new topic.
Can I please get more details on the same, name of the companies,people who have prior experience with the same.
