Where can i find Californiawowx and Planet Yoga in Singapore

I'm a member of CaliforniawowX Fitness Centre and Yoga Club in my country with the Platinum Card.
Is there anyone can show me how to find their center in Singapore and is it possible for me to continue my benefit membership here or other request/condition to convert if any.
