Is it Pvt Ltd or Pte Ltd?
Pvt Ltd is an indian company while Pte Ltd is a Singapore company?
Still, it doesn't seem entirely above board if you haven't even had an interview yet.

Pay a deposit and you have been had for a sucker. Most likely you will never hear from them again. Nobody in their right mind pays to get a job. This sort of scam is only too common yet their are still way too many people who fall for it.

If it's not IT it's surely a scam. Nobody needs non-US personnel for HR in the US at all unless you have a green card and years of experience IN the US already. If you send your money to them, be sure to kiss it goodbye before you send it to them as you will never see it or them again.
I've have a friend in Nigeria who wants to find somebody to help them get 27.5 million United States dollars out of a holding company in the Ivory Coast but you will need to pay 5000 American Dollars to help grease the way. Are you interested? Your split is 15% of the money.

Actually it is not. If you wanted to abbreviate "your" then it would be "ur" and not "u r" as you put it as this would be the abbreviation for "you are".
Also I am note 100% sure why you keep using caps all the way through. Are you half blind?
Further you keep putting lots of dots after every sentence, especially after your last sentence which is a question, so you should put a question mark instead (one only, not many).
One last thing before the mods will kick you: buh bye!

The amazing thing is that people actually took the time to answer your questions in a reasonable manner and you have reacted like a juvenile jerk.
Your best bet at this point would be to apologize and move on.

If he's not interested in my Nigerian friend, I've also got a London Bridge across a lake in the middle of a desert that I'll sell him for $2M but he has to remove it before the year is out to make way for sand......
Maybe he was trying to get his arse to take a dump earlier but as he seems to be constipated, maybe that's why his prose is stressed out (all caps!) He doesn't seem to have much of a sense of humour does he?

Oops. Looks like he just read part of your post SE. All he got was the move on part. Just like the rest of his posts - half way.
