Singapore Expats

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase ginger beer? The Mr. likes to drink dark and stormy's and I need ginger beer to make it.

Cold Storage usually has it

I was going to say Cold Storage, but I was second guessing myself as I don’t buy it – I am just pretty sure I see it every time I am in there… Will check tonight and reply if it’s not too late for your needs…

Carrefour and giant definitely have good Australian ginger beer

Where did you get the other half of the dark and stormy?? Its one of my fav drinks.

I brought if from the US in my suitcase.

I always had a bottle of Gosling Dark rum at home but not here

I like a Dark & Stormy too. Lots of Ginger Beer in Singapore because so much is exported from Australia. Tanglin always has a few brands

Forget the Australian Ginger Beer, go for the 2L bottle of Waitrose Fiery Ginger Beer - awesome! Not available in every Cold Storage but the one on the corner of Burkit Timah and Clementi has it.

The bigger problem is finding the right rum. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum is the best for a Dark & Stormy. I have only seen this in Changi duty free and not every terminal has it (can't remember which ones do and which ones don't!).
