salary increament in singapore

Hello everyone....i have now been in singapore for 7 months just wondering how is the salary increment in Singapore in the biotech research field .....how much is the average salary increment ....i understand with the current economic downturn increment is difficult but still how are the normal increment trends...any input is appreciated
