How much does average car insurance cost in Singapore? Any recommendations for insurers (or those to avoid) also helpful.
Car insurance in Singapore varies real widely depending on the age of driver, car model, claims experience. Generally for expats, if it is your first car and you have 0% no claims discount, the price would be quite steep! Expect to pay at least $2k for a japanese model and more if you are under the age of 30!
Best to compare as there are over 20 car insurers and the way they calculate premiums vary widely across companies.
