My husband is suffering from this annoying itchy rashes in his feet since i met him 10 years ago and it doesnt seemed to go away?I mean what is it?We have seen all the doctors and dermatologist in hongkong and Singapore but none of them can tell us what it is..,none of them can cure!!!We have used all the creams you can see on the shelves of a pharmacy..but it doesnt work!The worst thing is..My husband started having this manerism of sratching when he's talking to me!!! right after he took off his socks!!its so annoying..can anyone help?

Did it start when he first met you?

You say he does it when he talks to you, could be a nervous psychosomatic itch? Seriously not taking the piss, does happen I knew a friend would get a rash every time she was nervous!?

just a guess, could be fungus. get some tea tree oil (melaleuca oil) and rub all over the feet. it has antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial action.

he can use steroid skin cream to relieve the itch but i the long run, it is not a solution if the itching is not going away. steroid skin cream will "thin" the skin!

i happen to be an expert on the subject of your predicament

after some analysis and deep study of your case, it seems to me that your husband reacts allergically to talking to you, maybe you guys should talk less.

let us know how the rashes goes after a week of not talking (use email to ask him to communicate his state).

why do you keep saying that?..are you reading at all?or just being a prat?i've said that he already got it before i met him,and you know,he's always at work all day,and business trip...what did you miss?

He is probably just plain flabbergasted that someone would ask complete strangers a medical question when there are medical quacks around who will give you stranger answers than that and charge you for them as well. I have to question why you would trust a bunch of strangers over a medical doctor as well. Just type itchy feet into google and take your pick......

your chances of getting a correct answer is about the same.

Didn't any of you read that part? They've been to see a load of doctors... what's the harm in asking around? Maybe someone has had the same problem. I suffered from the most ridiculously painful case of hives for about a year - I'd seen doctor after doctor and not one could tell me what the problem was. Finally found a doctor who sussed out that it may have been a hormonal imbalance... it wasn't until I got pregnant that they went away. Keep asking around... maybe someone will be able to help.

It could be due to long hours of wearing socks, may be can try to soaking the feet in sea water. Keep the feet clean at all times. Powder dry n changing the sock more often.

By the way mrswkn, may i know is the kombucha culture still available to share?? My mum was searching high n low for it. pls reply me via email [email protected]
