The Singlish isn't particularly bad, but the call itself is pretty bizarre. So apparently the company calling has been instructed to prep the callers to give the "right" answers to another survey being conducted by another company...!?

I always pick up the phone with trepidation whenever I see an unidentified number on the screen. Can't stand not understanding whom I'm speaking with and then the caller trying to make me feel bad for having a different usage and accent for English.

it is ok
I think here problem is not her english accent and pronunciation
but about her effort and attitude as a proper questionnaire.

Yeah, you could say roseline07's reply was rude, but I'm not sure if she's a lowlife or not. Let alone "cass". Frankly I found nothing at all wrong with her post. Your's on the other hand....
With a nick like jessie11, are you, by chance crocss22's half-sibling?
In your indignation, you forgot to use the spell checker as well. What is 'cass' lowlife? Oh, you are using Singapore's vaunted "English" is it?
