Singapore Expats

Hi all

I'm moving with the family wife me and 3 kids (age 6 8 11) to Singapore soon.
Kids will go to ISS school.
We would like to live near by the ISS in order to avoid long rides to school.
Would $6000 be enough for 4-5 room apartment in with full facilities included in this area? Any recomendations ?

My offered salary is S$10,000 before tax. Rent, Car leasing, and Kids school are being paid by my company.

Will such salary allow us to live comfortably (western style) and cover for few family vacations (Thailand, Vietnam, etc...) during school vacations?
Can someone share the monthly spending expected for such a family (Utilities, fuel, Food, entertainment, etc.)
Any information shared would be greatly appreciated

Hi there,
we also will be coming to S´pore quite soon with the same "problem". How much money do we need to have an int. standard also our kids will go to int. school., housing, car, holidays etc.
