Hi,
I can recommend Dr Joyce Lim her surgery is in the Paragon shopping mall on Orchard Road. I am from Scotland and had a huge flair up of my eczema and she sorted me out no problems at all. Think she also trained in Dublin so she is well use to our fair skin.
