not sure about heli's but there is an r/c track at turf city. they might be able to put you in touch with someone

Try this link.. It's mostly dedicated to RC Drifters, But i saw one thread about Helicopters and if you post something there, you might get lucky..btw if you in to RC Drifting i can introduce you to people i drift with, they are really helpful.
