Need reliable cheap dentist

Dear fellow expats,
I am new in Singapore and in search for a reliable cheap dentist, proficient in English.
I have one month on my private health care plan left and could still get insurance paid dental care amounting to 2200 SGD.
As I have an inlay in 8 teeth, which all need to be renewed cost is obviously an issue. Note: Inlay not filling.
Besides, I have a special medical condition which requires anaesthetization to be renewed several times during the process since for some reason - I do not fully comprehend - the liquid is somehow disappearing through small holes in my bones, at least that is what I was told by my dentist back home. On top of that the nerves in my mouth are highly sensible and I am equally nervous during the whole procedure. Non-considerate treatment and/or the feeling that the dentist is not listening to my requirements would definitely freak me out.
What is more is that I do the occasional leisure dive and bad craftsmanship would lead to decompression issues within the teeth which is supposedly extremely painful.
While being a guy I have found that considering my special angst issues during treatments, I have been notably more at ease with female dentists in the past.
So here comes my obvious question:
Can anyone recommend a preferably female dentist
- whose craftsmanship is beyond doubt
- whose English is such, that there can’t be any doubt that she will
totally understand the above elaborations
- who is charging no more than lower medium market rates
Does anyone have an approximate idea how much the renewal of 8 inlays would cost in Singapore?
