Need afro hair salon recommendations??

Moving to Singapore this year and I have afro hair and need someone to be able to touch up my roots and colour etc..... I get Scurls on my roots similar to a mild relaxer with water added LOL (ladies). Does anyone know of any good hairdressers/salons??

yes she is still in business I actually just called her yesterday and she now works from home in Cho chu kang havent been to her yet but intend to go really soon.
