I'm Chinese , good spoken English , am a local Singaporean , but i'm looking at making new friends of a different race (E.g. Caucasians) or from a different country, (E.g. I'm also interested in having penpals of a different race /culture.

I'm also interested in making friends with Taiwanese people as I may want to go there next year.
