Can you recommend any pre-schools or kindergartens in Serangoon area that are suitable for expat kids? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
You can try
1) Shaws @ Lynwood Grove
2) Lumiere Montessori House @ Wolskel Road
They are both in the Serangoon and Braddell area
