27/f here, if anyone fancies a bite to eat or a cuppa, give me a shout. I'm always up for meeting new people and making new friends.
Pettal1 - you could also try out some of the language schools here, they offer part time beginner courses for Mandarin etc. Ikoma (in orchard) or NUS extension programs in parkmall. Just a thought.
