I currently suspect that one of my flatmates has a pet in her room. This was not disclosed to me by my landlord when renting, so I was just wondering if disclosured is required under Singapore law? Or does it all vary on a case by case basis?

Has the pet caused you any inconvenience?

I think petting in the privacy of her own room is okay. Provided he doesn't stay all night.
Seriously, though, does the contract say anything about the keeping of pets? What kind of pet do you suspect? hamster, gerbil, chinchilla? or Snake, lizard or horse?

It's something that eats a LOT of raw meat, from her taking it into the room all the time. But makes absolutely no noise at all. I am suspecting a snake or maybe crocodile.
